Job Details

  • Bringing in new conversions to our company.

  • Identifying client needs and provide suggestions for appropriate product solutions.

  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

  • Providing excellent, end to end customer service for clients: advising on insurance policies, assisting with claims, purchasing insurance products and general product inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Previous work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associator similar role.

  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

  • Computer literate. 

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English language verbally.

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

Job Details

  • Providing support during the sales process.

  • Helping customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Assisting with standard and non-standard requests (i.e., premium, expiry, and any operational requests).

  • Following up with calls to prospective and current clients to provide additional product/service information.

  • Processing of renewals, quotation, and policies.

  • Monitoring the collection of premiums and liaise with the finance department.

  • Ensuring customers have made payments before policies are produced.
